This initiative supports the goal of promoting a safe and healthy work environment by equipping participants with the necessary skills to identify risks, enforce safety standards, and respond appropriately to workplace hazards. It contributes to building a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health requirements, and safeguarding the well-being of employees.
