The Occupational First Aid and Basic Life Support (OFABLS) Training was conducted on April 23-24, 2026, aiming to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in responding to workplace emergencies. The program provided comprehensive discussions on first aid principles, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and basic life support techniques, ensuring that participants gained a solid foundation in emergency response.
The training was further strengthened through hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises, allowing participants to apply what they learned in simulated emergency scenarios. These activities helped build confidence, improve decision-making under pressure, and reinforce the proper execution of life-saving procedures in real-life situations.
This initiative plays a vital role in promoting workplace safety and preparedness by equipping individuals with the competence to respond effectively to emergencies. It supports the organization’s commitment to safeguarding lives, minimizing risks, and fostering a proactive and resilient safety culture.
