Recognizing the importance of building a strong safety culture, Tripe AR General Merchandise and Services conducted a Mandatory 8-hour OSH Seminar for Workers (MESH) on July 10, 2026 through an online/virtual training session. The training focused on providing participants with essential knowledge of workplace safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, and appropriate preventive measures. Key topics included common workplace hazards, safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, emergency preparedness, and the roles and responsibilities of employees in maintaining a safe working environment. The session incorporated interactive discussions, presentations, and practical examples to help participants better understand how safety principles can be applied in their daily work activities. Emphasis was placed on hazard awareness, proper reporting, compliance with safety procedures, and promoting a proactive safety culture. Through the training, participants gained improved knowledge and awareness of workplace safety practices, helping contribute to a safer, healthier, and more productive workplace.
